Diane Bruce,

Diane and her husband, Ron, the newly, elected Sheriff for
Hinsdale County, Colorado, first visited the Lake City area in
1980. Both retired Arizona State Troopers, Diane and Ron
have redefined "retired". |

Diane, working as a
broker-associate, was given the opportunity to purchase the Lake
City office in April of 2006, and Ron proceeded to run for
Sheriff and won. Diane and Ron share a love of this
beautiful area, the small-town environment, and the community
"family" atmosphere. |

Dave Roberts,
Broker Associate
A graduate of the
University of California at Santa Barbara, Dave and wife Joan
honeymooned in Lake City in 1985 and moved to the area in 1989. |

They have owned and
operated the Lake City Resort for the past 15 years. Dave
served as a volunteer with Lake City Fire/Rescue, EMS and Search
& Rescue. He also served on the Board of Directors for the
Lake City Chamber of Commerce, and as President of the Board for
Dos Rios Golf Club in Gunnison. Dave enjoys snowmobiling,
motorcycle riding, fishing, hunting, golf, spending time with
friends and most of all the opportunity to live in this
most spectacular part of Colorado. |

LaNell
Bradshaw,
Broker Associate
LaNell instantly fell in love with Lake City and its
surroundings in 1978. Retiring from school administration
after 25 years in the education field, |

LaNell moved to Lake City
from Northeast Texas in 1998 and began teaching in the Lake City
Community School. Combining school teaching with real
estate has provided LaNell a unique perspective of the Rocky
Mountains and all that the Lake City, Colorado area has to
offer. |

Durell Thompson,
Broker Associate
Durell and his wife, Helen,
moved to Lake City in 1992 when Durell became the Hinsdale
|
|
|
|
County Superintendent of
Schools. Durell started the Lake City Community Band in 1997 and
is still the director. Both Helen and Durell are very involved
with their church and community. They were selected Citizens of
the Year by the Chamber of Commerce in 2002. For them, Lake
City really is the place to be! |
